The food!

We have limited food available at the winery.

Everything here is authentic Italian cuisine,

artisan-made with love and natural ingredients.

We also offer great Italian fruit sodas for the designated drivers and those not drinking with us today.

Pizza, Pinsa & Saltimbocca

The "salty" stuff includes artisan "Pinsa" (an ancient Roman very light pizza dough) which is similar to a calzone or empanada, available with different stuffing.

We also have imported flash frozen Neapolitan Pizza (really, it comes from Napoli!). Additionally a couple kinds of Italian sandwiches typically Prosciutto or Caprese.
